Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals and department targets
- Deliver dynamic in person service and professional make up consultations and applications
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and provide personalized recommendations
- Actively use social media to grow personal brand and client base
- Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Cross sell multiple product lines to increase client basket
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming counter environment
- Collaborate with Account Executives and company representatives
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
- Proven sales success achieving or exceeding goals
- Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt style
- Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software
- Customer focused with strong listening and timing skills
- Ability to maintain professional image and service consistency
