Summary

Brand Ambassador focused on a specific men's vendor line responsible for driving sales through product expertise, client development and training of store associates. The role requires developing and executing strategies to grow brand sales, coordinating special orders and working closely with leadership and vendor representatives to support local business plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for the assigned brand and meet individual sales goals
• Develop and execute client acquisition and expansion strategies
• Coordinate special orders, reserves and interstore product movement
• Execute category strategies provided by Brand Manager or GM
• Provide product feedback to merchants and vendors using Monthly Recap Form
• Educate and train store associates on technical product aspects
• Act as liaison between department and vendor representatives
• Support special events, trunk shows and partnership initiatives
• Act as role model for customer service standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of selling experience in like product
• Excellent selling and client building skills
• Training skills and basic math ability to interpret reports
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Knowledge of product construction, fabrication and design
• Experience coordinating with vendors and interstore teams
