Summary

The Beauty Business Manager leads the in-store beauty sales experience and drives achievement of sales and client engagement goals. This role develops a high-performing team of Business Managers and Beauty Advisors through coaching, training, clienteling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships, drive repeat business, plan appointments, and support new client acquisition.
• Coach the team to use clienteling tools, technology, data, and social media to strengthen relationships and grow sales.
• Develop beauty product expertise through education and interactive training, and partner with brands and store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive team culture, manage performance, identify talent, and support recruiting and succession planning.
• Lead selling-floor operations, resolve client issues, and participate in opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing a retail sales team.
• Strong client development, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use technology and data to support client engagement and business growth.
• Knowledge of beauty products and enthusiasm for ongoing education.
