Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the Lancôme counter at Alderwood Mall, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales. This role balances hands-on beauty services with managerial responsibilities, including scheduling, event coordination, and vendor relations. The manager builds customer loyalty through in-store and digital selling tools and maintains a customer-ready counter.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and presentation to ensure a welcoming environment
