Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the Dior counter at Bellevue Square, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales. This role blends coaching, direct selling, and event coordination in a commissioned retail environment. The manager maintains vendor relationships, trains team members, and ensures the counter is presentation-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations, recommending products to meet customer goals
• Set and achieve individual and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive environment and keep the counter organized and customer-ready

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current trends
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect, handle concerns, and build loyalty
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through with a drive to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, fine hand use, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
