The Beauty Counter Manager leads the in-store brand counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare consultations while driving sales at the Downtown Seattle location. This role balances selling and coaching responsibilities, manages vendor events and promotions, and supports a welcoming, customer-focused environment. The manager leverages both in-store and digital selling tools to meet personal and counter sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and personalized product recommendations to customers.
• Set and achieve individual and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and in-store activations.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer rewards accounts.
• Coach and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive, customer-ready counter through organization and cleanliness.

• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and a drive to achieve sales targets in a commissioned environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and comfort with digital selling and networking.
• Physical ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per shift, perform frequent bending and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
