Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the branded counter team to deliver personalized beauty and skincare services while driving sales and customer loyalty. This role blends selling, product education, and digital engagement to build a customer following and maximize results for the assigned brand. The manager also coordinates vendor events and ensures the counter is organized and customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and counter activities
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer rewards accounts
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive environment and maintain counter organization and cleanliness
