Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following
