Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer loyalty accounts and build customer followings
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort working in a commissioned sales environment
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfort using technology and social media for sales and customer engagement
