Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the customer experience and sales for an assigned men's fragrance brand at the Southpark counter. This role is both salesperson and educator, focused on maximizing sales in a commissioned environment and building a loyal customer following in-store and digitally. The manager also coordinates vendor events, maintains counter presentation, and supports team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations and fragrance consultations to customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in loyalty programs.
• Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer-ready while supporting teammates.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty and fragrance, with strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through; motivation to achieve sales goals using networking and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to remain active for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
