Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and service for an assigned beauty brand counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales performance. This role combines hands-on beauty application, coaching, and digital selling to build customer relationships and meet counter goals. The manager also coordinates vendor events and maintains a welcoming, organized counter environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare consultations, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the rewards program
• Maintain a customer-ready counter through organization, cleanliness, and merchandising

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, proactively resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and a drive to achieve sales goals
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Physical requirements include continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending and reaching, frequent use of hands, and lifting up to 25 pounds
