The Beauty Counter Manager leads a branded beauty counter within the store, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and building customer relationships. This role balances selling, teaching product knowledge, managing vendor events, and maintaining a customer ready counter environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses to customers
• Recommend products based on customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and visual readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

• Passion for customer service and beauty including makeup application and skincare
• Strong ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort with networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks up to 25 pounds
