The Beauty Counter Manager drives sales and delivers personalized beauty experiences for customers at the assigned brand counter. This role combines customer service, product education, and sales leadership in a commissioned retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply makeup, conduct skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges while building customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
