Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer loyalty accounts and build customer following in person and digitally
- Keep the department customer ready through organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours with frequent bending and lifting
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
