Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and achieve personal and counter sales targets
- Utilize in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain organization cleanliness and customer readiness of the counter
- Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and knowledge of beauty trends makeup and skincare
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns professionally
- Strong multitasking organization and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- High level of ownership accountability and initiative
