Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the Tom Ford counter at Southcenter, driving sales and delivering personalized makeup and skincare services. This role blends selling, product education, and team collaboration to build customer loyalty both in-store and digitally. The manager is also responsible for executing vendor events and maintaining counter presentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in Nordstrom Rewards
• Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer-ready while collaborating with team members

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends
• Strong customer connection skills, empathy, and ability to handle customer concerns professionally
• Excellent multitasking, organization, follow-through, and drive to achieve sales in a commissioned environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds
