Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Keep counter organized, clean, and customer ready
• Recruit customers to loyalty programs and handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
