Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and connect in a friendly meaningful way
- Provide product advice styling and brand knowledge to recommend merchandise
- Boost sales through omni channel and out of home base selling and utilize selling tools
- Promote loyalty program benefits and open new accounts
- Cultivate and grow client base through relationship building and retention
- Use digital tools social media and mobile devices to engage follow up and expand business
- Assist with operational tasks maintain selling floor stock and fitting rooms
- Ensure audit compliance and accurately process returns
- Partner with team members to create a positive work environment
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships and drive sales
- Product knowledge and expert styling skills
- Self motivated with ability to strategize and increase productivity
- Experience using mobile devices selling technology and digital tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
