Provide personalized beauty experiences in luxury and designer beauty brands through makeup application, skincare consultation, and digital and in-store selling. Engage customers to understand their needs, drive sales goals, book appointments for beauty services and events, and maintain a welcoming and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
• Recommend products and routines from on-trend and luxury beauty brands
• Use digital tools including text and social media to sell and build a customer following
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
• Keep the department clean, organized and customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
