Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Advisor to join our Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Accessories team in our West Village boutique. The ideal candidate will embody the brand's commitment to excellence, providing exceptional service to our clients while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Client Development: Cultivate new and existing client relationships by scheduling appointments, offering personalized styling consultations, and keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize Selling Techniques: Effectively apply selling strategies such as cross-selling, up-selling, and multiple selling to maximize each transaction and enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all RTW and Accessories collections, including technical details and brand heritage, to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Update and manage client profiles and records to ensure personalized service and follow-up.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing feedback, and supporting colleagues.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of retail sales experience in luxury fashion
  • Sales Performance: Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
  • Clienteling Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and relationship-building.
  • Passion for Fashion: Genuine interest in fashion with an understanding of industry trends and the Sabyasachi brand aesthetic.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects the elegance of the brand.
  • Team Player: Strong work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods; ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs regularly.
