Overview

Join a prestigious fine jewelry company based in New York City, renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We offer a stunning collection of high-end jewelry pieces tailored to a discerning clientele. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to achieving excellence and maintaining our esteemed reputation in the luxury jewelry market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, particularly those from prestigious backgrounds such as Madison Avenue
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets of $1 million
  • Provide personalized jewelry consultations and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of five sales professionals to drive store performance
  • Stay informed about current jewelry trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in fine jewelry sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience working with high-end clientele, preferably on Madison Avenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
