Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury department setting by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, and driving sales both in-store and digitally. Maintain department presentation and participate in brand trainings to stay current on trends. Support events and booking of beauty services to build customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while opening customer accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and industry knowledge
