Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation
• Support inventory activities including restocking and receiving
• Meet individual and team sales goals and performance measures
• Participate in on the spot hiring and interview processes during events

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to pass background check as required
