Summary

Provide exceptional product knowledge and personalized customer service on the beauty floor to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. Support store operations and participate in a hiring event where on the spot offers may be made.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer tailored beauty recommendations
• Demonstrate product usage and provide samples when appropriate
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Process transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
• Participate in interviews and hiring events as scheduled
• Build and maintain clienteling records and follow up with customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience
• Knowledge of beauty products and trends preferred
• Availability to attend hiring event and complete interview process
