Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and build customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Use digital tools including text and social media to support in-store and online selling
- Book appointments and support in-store Beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
