Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to recommend products based on customer goals
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while opening new customer reward accounts
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure a customer-ready environment
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and supportive customer experience

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and build loyalty
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through; interest in using networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
