Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, then recommend products aligned with customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, text, and social media.
• Book appointments, support beauty events, and build customer loyalty.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
