This Beauty Sales role creates personalized makeup and skincare experiences for customers both in-store and through digital channels. The associate conducts makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommends products, and builds customer relationships to drive loyalty. Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to assess customer needs and recommend products
• Engage customers to build a following and drive both in-store and digital sales
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to communicate with customers and support sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
