Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and create personalized beauty regimens
- Book appointments and drive sales for in store beauty events and services
- Use digital tools including text and social media to sell and build a customer following
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer ready presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Comfort with using technology for digital selling and networking
- Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation and handling merchandise
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
