Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor, Jewelry Sales cultivates and maintains client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. The role involves in-store and digital selling using technology and omni-channel inventory to achieve sales and client conversion goals. This position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and outreach
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
  • Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and increase traffic
  • Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
  • Meet personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing targets
  • Strategize business activities to increase individual productivity
  • Create a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Commission sales experience
  • Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
