Client Advisor - The Men's Store

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, styling expertise and digital engagement. Role is onsite at the White Plains location and reports to the Sales Manager. Position focuses on both in-store and remote client servicing using digital tools and omni-channel inventory.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service and outreach
• Provide expert styling and fashion guidance to clients in-person and digitally
• Leverage digital selling tools and social media to connect with clients
• Use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business growth through outreach and technology usage
• Collaborate with team to create a positive work environment
• Service clients who visit the store and clients who are remote

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion or fashion retail
• Experience selling via digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
• Comfort using omni-channel systems and digital store technology
