Summary

Provide exceptional sales and customer service for men's fragrance customers through in-store and digital selling, build lasting customer relationships, and support department merchandising and operations. Maintain product knowledge and use technology and social selling to achieve sales goals while working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on products
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Open new rewards program accounts for customers
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Occasionally work in departments other than hired department
• Be flexible with varied weekly schedules based on business needs
