Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop product and selling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit construction and style of ready to wear and custom products
• Achieve personal and store sales metrics through professional salesmanship
• Build client relationships to grow loyalty using the brand program
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operational procedures are met
• Perform additional duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
