Summary

Sales Associate role in a luxury retail store located in the Miami Design District. The role requires flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated, welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Build sales through styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge
• Develop and maintain client relationships and capture client data
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning attitude
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Creative and innovative mindset with openness to new ideas
• Ability to work flexible retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
