Sales Associate role in a luxury retail store located in the Miami Design District. Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an elevated, welcoming client experience on the sales floor
- Build sales through styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge
- Develop and maintain client relationships and capture client data
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning attitude
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Creative and innovative mindset with openness to new ideas
- Ability to work flexible retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
