Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and product advice with confidence and honesty
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals
• Adapt to performing duties in other departments as needed
