Provide personalized beauty experiences focused on men’s fragrances within a luxury retail environment. Engage customers to understand their needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses when relevant, and drive sales through in-store and digital channels while maintaining a welcoming and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fragrance consultations and product recommendations tailored to customer preferences
• Engage customers through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Set and achieve individual and team sales goals
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends product knowledge and brand trainings

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends and product knowledge including fragrances
• Strong customer service skills with ability to connect and build loyalty
• Ability to multitask stay organized and follow through on tasks
• Drive to meet sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and variable schedule based on business needs
• Ability to perform makeup applications and skincare analyses as needed
