Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide style and fit recommendations with confidence and honesty
• Use technology and networking to grow sales and open rewards accounts
• Support department readiness by filling orders and restocking merchandise
• Assist with re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready environment
