Retail Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and supporting department merchandising and operations. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit advice
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Fill orders and support customer fulfillment needs
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other departments as needed
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
