Summary

Deliver personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare consultations and product recommendations while supporting in-store and digital selling to achieve sales goals. Build customer relationships, maintain department presentation and stay current on beauty trends and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend and sell beauty products from on trend and luxury brands
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive digital sales
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
• Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
• Process sales refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends makeup application and skincare
• Strong customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
• Excellent multitasking organization and follow-through abilities
• Drive to meet sales goals and use networking and technology
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
