Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving sales in luxury and on trend beauty brands. Build customer relationships in-store and digitally, support department readiness, and participate in beauty events and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell products from luxury and on trend beauty brands
• Use digital tools including text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Book appointments and support in-store Beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Keep current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
• Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
• Drive to meet sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfort with continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and handle merchandise
