Provide personalized beauty consultations and demonstrate products to drive sales across multiple beauty brands. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Perform product demonstrations and apply artistry techniques
• Conduct service consultations to identify customer needs and preferences
• Grow sales through appointment-based selling and technology use
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
• Create events in store and network within the community
• Open new customer accounts and utilize selling tools including text and social media
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to support product focus

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of beauty industry experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and follow-through
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
