Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences for customers and drive sales of luxury and on-trend beauty brands at the Perimeter Mall location. Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses while building customer relationships both in-store and through digital channels. Use selling tools and appointments to meet individual and department sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customers' beauty goals
• Engage and connect with customers to build a loyal following in-store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with rewards account enrollment
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends
• Excellent customer service skills with empathy and the ability to handle customer concerns
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology for digital selling
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to be on continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and lift items up to 25 pounds
