- Recommend products and services based on customer needs and trends
- Use text and social media to engage customers and drive digital sales
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Set and achieve sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges while promoting rewards enrollment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer-ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Stay current on product knowledge through trainings with Nordstrom and brand partners
