Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while building customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Drive sales and support department readiness through organization and collaboration with team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell on-trend and luxury beauty products to meet sales goals
- Engage customers both in-store and through digital channels including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
