Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and cultivate a customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer-ready
• Work collaboratively with team members to support department needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
