Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare consultation, and both in-store and digital selling to build customer relationships and meet sales goals. Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products tailored to customer beauty goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, leveraging text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in loyalty programs
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the beauty department
