Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer needs
- Recommend products and retail solutions based on customers beauty goals
- Drive sales and meet performance goals through in-store and digital selling
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
- Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
- Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty including makeup application and skincare
- Ability to connect with customers and build customer loyalty
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
