Summary

The Jewelry Client Advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. This onsite role leverages technology and styling expertise to drive sales, wardrobing, and client conversion while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalized outreach and service
• Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge to advise clients
• Utilize digital tools social media and store technology for outreach and selling
• Sell using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to meet client needs
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through technology and outreach
• Create a positive collaborative work environment with colleagues
• Service clients both in-person and remotely using digital platforms

Requirements

• Experience in fashion styling fashion retail or related client advisory roles
• Experience selling on commission and using digital selling tools
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals and KPI targets
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable with technology and omni-channel selling platforms
• Flexible schedule to meet client needs including remote and in-store appointments
