Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to drive sales and meet individual and team goals for in-store and digital channels
• Book appointments and support beauty events and services to increase revenue
• Use text, social media, and other selling tools to network and grow customer following
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with account enrollment
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
