Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the customer following
• Provide confident, honest styling and fit advice to customers
• Support department upkeep by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new rewards/accounts and promote loyalty program enrollment
• Be flexible to perform work in other departments as business needs require

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong follow-through and a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
